This wine is made with a bleeding, made after cold maceration, to emphasize the subtle aromas which will bring fruity and lightness to this wine. As we made it, we imagined it would witness moments of friendship and shared happiness.

The colour is a luminous grenadine pink, predicting intense, yet elegant and subtle aromas.
The nose is open, intense, with a summer accent.
In the mouth, the wine is fluid, the fruity sensations are juicy and fleshy: raspberries, gooseberries and tutti frutti...
This is a wine to share with friends and to accompany abundant buffets made of terrines and refreshing salads; fish and vegetables, seafood, but also salad desserts, mousse, and fruit tarts.

This wine comes from a vineyard with alluvial clay soil, which makes the wine light and soft.  The fermentation temperature is moderate, at 24°, in order to preserve the best aromas and avoid extracting tannins that can make the wine taste too green or herbaceous.  Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked for the first time.  After the malolactic fermentation and a second racking, it is clarified and is then ready for filtering and bottling or putting into Bag-in-Box.

The wine is bright ruby red in colour.
The nose is floral and expressive.
In the mouth, the wine is easy to drink with a balanced structure.  It is supple and lively with particular notes of red fruits.

It is an unpretentious wine to be enjoyed at lunchtime and at informal and convivial gatherings of friends around the table
